    1 Egg
    1 Teaspoon Prepared Mustard
    1 Dash Cayenne Pepper, to taste
    1/4 Teaspoon Salt
    1 Cup Peanut Oil
    1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice

    Recipe



    Put the egg, mustard, cayenne, and salt in a blender at high speed for about 20 seconds.

    Add the oil very slowly, in droplets at first, and blend until all the oil has been bound with the egg mixture and the mayonnaise is thick and creamy.

    Add the lemon juice and blend to incorporate.
