2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1 Teaspoon Lemon Peel, grated
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Cups Orange Juice
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
16 Oz Cranberry Sauce, whole-berryRecipe
In a 2-quart saucepan, combine cornstarch with lemon peel, cloves and salt; stir in orange and lemon juices until smooth.
Over high heat, cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is smooth and thickened.
Stir in cranberry sauce and heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve hot or cold.
