    1 Large White Onion
    2 Tablespoons Flour
    2 Cups Fresh-cut Corn
    2 Cups Whipping Cream
    2 Cups Crab Meat
    Parsley
    Salt to Taste
    Pepper to Taste

    Recipe



    Saute minced white onions. When onions are soft and transparent, add the flour and mix. After the flour is thoroughly blended, add the fresh-cut corn and heat thoroughly. Then add the whipping cream, salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Add the crabmeat and sprinkle in the chopped parsley. Heat thoroughly and serve.
