2 Cups Master Biscuit Mix
1 Cup Milk
½ Cup Butter, melted
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
½ Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Teaspoons Milk
1 1/2 Teaspoons Butter, melted
1/4 Teaspoon VanillaRecipe
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13" baking pan.
Blend Master Biscuit Mix and 1 cup milk; mix thoroughly. Turn onto a surface lightly sprinkled with Master Biscuit Mix and knead 3 or 4 times.
Roll dough to 1/4" thickness. Fold dough into quarters, roll and fold again. Roll dough into a 12x8" rectangle, 1/4" thick.
Spread dough with 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter and sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Allow butter to absorb sugar mixture. Roll dough from the long side and seal edges. Cut into 1" slices and place in prepared pan. Brush tops with ¼ cup additional melted butter.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes. Brush tops with remaining butter.
Combine rest of ingredients and drizzle glaze over warm rolls.
Optional Yeast Method: Warm milk to 105 degrees to 115 degrees. Dissolve 1 package of dry yeast in warm milk. Add Master Biscuit Mix and mix thoroughly. Roll out, prepare and slice as above. Cover pan with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for one hour. Brush tops with melted butter, bake and glaze as mentioned above.
Note: ½ Cup raisins or chopped nuts may be added to sugar mixture.
