    Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes

    2 Tablespoons Butter
    1 Small Onion, sliced
    1 Can Broccoli Cheese Soup (10.25 oz)
    1/3 Cup Milk
    1/8 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
    4 Medium Potatoes, cooked and sliced

    Recipe

    In a skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook onion until tender. Stir in soup, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling.

    Add potatoes. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.

    Garnish with sage, if desired.

    NOTE: For a cheesier flavor, add about 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese with soup.

    YIELD: 4 servings. Recipe may be doubled.
