4 Large Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1" cubes
1 Jar Pimentos (7 oz.) drained and diced
1 Cream of Chicken Soup (10-3/4 oz.) undiluted
1 Cream of Mushroom Soup (10-3/4 oz.) undiluted
1 Jar Cheez Whiz (8 oz.)
½ Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper
8 Slices Bacon, crisp-cooked (8 to 10)Recipe
In a well-buttered, shallow two-quart casserole dish, place the potatoes and sprinkle with the chopped pimento.
In a saucepan, combine the soups, Cheez Whiz, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until hot and smooth.
Pour Cheez Whiz sauce over the potato mixture, cover, and bake at 350 degrees one hour or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle bacon crumbles over top of casserole before serving.
