List of Ingredients
3 Lbs. Collard Greens, rinsed and chopped
½ Lb. Smoked Turkey Breast, cubed
1 Cup Nonfat Chicken Broth
½ Cup Minced Onions
1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 Teaspoon Minced Celery
1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black PepperRecipe
Place collard greens and turkey in a large pot. Cover with water and cook on medium heat, covered, 20 minutes.
Add broth, onion, red pepper flakes, celery and black peper; cook on low to medium heat, covered, about 1 hour.
YEILD: 8 servings
