3 bean casserole

Recipe Introduction
This rich bean casserole compliments almost any meal as a side dish. It started out as leftover beans and became a requested dish in my home and at family gatherings.
List of Ingredients
1 can pinto beans
1can navy beans
1can kidney beans
1 can ROTELLE diced tomatoes
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cups shredded cheese (your choice)
Recipe
*****Reserve 1 cup of cheese for topping*****
Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish and mix well. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes, stirring occasionaly. Remove from oven, top with remaining cup of cheese and return to oven until cheese melts and starts to crust over.
This dish freezes well.
