THERE WAS NOTHING BETTER THAN GOING TO GRANDMAW'S HOUSE AND FINDING A BIG BOWL OF POTATO SALAD. GRANDMAW TAUGHT ME HOW TO MAKE IT WHEN I WAS ONLY 12 OR 13 AND I'VE BEEN A HIT AT EVERY FAMILY FUNCTION SINCE!!!!

List of Ingredients

8-10 medium russet potatoes
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper,chopped
1/2 cup sweet or dill relish
2 squirts mustard
3-4 (heaping)tablespoons DUKES mayo
pinch of sugar
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons sour cream *** This makes the salad creamy!!
*****try the potato salad without and then with sour cream, you may add it at the time of serving.



Recipe

Boil potatoes until tender, drain well. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add mayo and mustard, stir to mix well. Let stand for at least 1 hour before serving.
