    3/4 c Graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c Walnuts -- toased, finely chopped
    1/4 c Firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c Margarine, melted
    24 oz Cream cheese, softened
    14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
    3 Eggs
    2 ts Vanilla

    Recipe



    Topping:
    1/3 c Firmly packed dark brown sugar
    1/3 c Whipping cream
    1/2 c Chopped toasted walnuts

    Preheat oven to 300 f. combine crumbs, walnuts, sugar and margarine. Press into a
    9" springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake for 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Top with Walnut Praline Topping. chill. Refrigerate leftovers.

    Walnut Praline Topping:
    In saucepan, combine 1/3 cup each fimrly packed dark brown sugar and whipping cream. Cook and stir until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened. Add 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts.
