    Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution

    A low carb Meat Loaf with only 3.2 grams per serving

    List of Ingredients




    3 pounds chopped mixed meat (lamb,beef,pork,veal)
    2 tbls chili powder
    3 eggs
    3 cloves garlic, mashed
    3 tbls cilantro
    6 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 tbls worcestershire sauce
    salt to taste

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    In large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients. Place meat in oiled loaf pan and bake 45 minutes to an hour.

    6 servings.
