    BEST PICKLED BEETS

    List of Ingredients




    2 15 ounce cans small, whole or sliced beets.
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    5 1/2-7 1/4 teaspoons Equal for Recipes or 18 to 24 packets Equal sweetener or 3/4 to 1 cup Equal Spoonful.

    Recipe



    In a medium bowl, combine beets, beet juice, vinegar, and Equal. Cover tightly, Chill beets at least 8 hours before serving. Drain before serving. Makes 16 servings
