    CARROT CRAZIES

    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds carrots, sliced or small carrots
    1 10 3/4 ounce can tomato soup
    7 1/4 teaspoons Equal for Recipes or 24 packets
    Equal sweetener or cup Equal Spoonful
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup veg. oil or olive oil
    3/4 cup wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

    Recipe



    Boil carrots until tender, drain. Blend remaining Ingredients and pour over carrots. Mix well. Refrigerate in a covered container at least 12 hours. Makes 12 servings.
