    Tasty yeast rolls in less than an hour!

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup warm water
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 package active dry yeast
    2 cups flour
    1/3 cup milk
    6 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 egg

    Recipe



    In mixing bowl, combine water, sugar and yeast.
    Add flour; mix with electric mixer until mixture is crumbly.
    Add 1/4 cup of melted butter, salt and egg.
    Beat with mixer until mixture is blended well.
    Add milk.
    Beat with mixer to blend dough thoroughly.
    Cover bowl with plastic wrap, then with a towel.
    Place in warm place and allow to rise 20 to 30 minutes or until very
    light, airy and
    doubled in bulk.
    Pour 1 tablespoon melted butter in 8-inch round cake pan.
    Rotate pan to butter sides and bottom of pan.
    Drop batter by tablespoonfuls in cake pan.
    Pour remaining 1 tablespoon melted butter over rolls.
    Cover pan with plastic wrap and towel. Allow to rise 10 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Bake rolls 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 10 to 12 rolls.
