    2 sticks butter
    6 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    8 to 10 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Melt butter and let cool. Beat eggs and add the 1 cup
    sugar and the butter. Dissolve yeast in the warm water and
    add
    the 2 tablespoons sugar. Add yeast mixture to egg mixture.
    Add flour and salt. Mix and let rise 2 hours. Stir down and
    separate into 2 containers and refrigerate overnight. Next
    day, separate into four sections. Make into crescent rolls.
    Let rise 4 to 5 hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Be
    sure
    not to overbake, just barely let them brown. These freeze
    well
    and reheat later. Makes 5 to 6 dozen rolls.
