    6 to 7 c. flour
    1/3 c. instant powdered milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 packets dry yeast
    1/3 c. melted butter or oil
    2 c. very warm water

    Recipe



    In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, instant powdered milk,
    sugar, salt and yeast. Add butter or oil and gradually add
    warm water, beating for 2 minutes with electric mixer. Beat
    for 2 more minutes at high speed. Stir in additional flour
    to
    make a stiff dough. Turn out onto floured surface and knead
    until smooth about 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl, cover
    and let rise until double, about 1 hour. Shape into round
    balls and place on greased baking sheets about 2-inches
    apart.
    Let rise until double about 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees 15
    to 20
    minutes.
