HURRY-UP YEAST ROLLS

1 pkg. yeast
2/3 c. warm water (105~ to
115 degrees)
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 1/2 c. BLM
melted margarine
Recipe
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in sugar, shortening and BLM
. Beat vigorously.
Turn dough onto floured surface.
Knead 20 times.
Shape as desired, pan rolls, crescent. pizza crust.
For pan rolls make about size of walnuts and put in
cake pan.
Makes about 10 to 15 rolls.
Cover and let rise until doubled.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
While hot brush with margarine.
ote,,you can add herbs or spices of chice to dough or butter
