    This is an Americanized version of
    Britain's Toad-in-the-Hole. Enjoy it for
    breakfast or for a speedy weeknight
    supper.

    List of Ingredients




    ½ pound brown-and-serve link sausages
    1 cup BLM
    ½ cup milk
    ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 egg
    ½ cup chopped peeled apple
    Maple-flavored syrup

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 450° F. Grease square baking dish,
    8x8x2 inches. Brown sausages as directed on
    package.
    Stir BLM, milk, cinnamon and egg until
    blended. Stir in apple. Pour into dish; arrange
    sausages on top.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. Serve
    with syrup.
