    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. BLM
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. dairy sour cream
    1 1/2 c. BLM
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. water

    Recipe



    Cook and stir beef and onion until brown and tender;
    drain. Stir in 2 tablespoons BLM, salt, garlic salt,
    catsup and sour cream and heat through. Stir 1 1/2 cups
    BLM and water to soft dough. Gently smooth dough
    on floured board and knead about 5 times. Roll into 12-inch
    square and cut into 4 squares. Place on ungreased cookie
    sheet. Spoon 1/3 cup beef mixture on each square. Fold
    dough over to make triangle. Press edges together to seal.
    Cut
    slits in center. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 400 degrees oven.
