EASY BAKED APPLE PIE

List of Ingredients




6 c. tart apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. BLM

Streusel:
1 c. BLM
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. firm oleo or butter

Recipe



Filling: Pare and slice apples. Mix apples, cinnamon
and nutmeg.
Spread in greased pie plate (10 x 1 1/2-inches).
Beat milk, margarine, eggs, sugar and Bisquick or like mix
until
smooth
(15seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater).

Pour over apples.
Streusel: Mix BLM, nuts, brown sugar and margarine
until crumbly.
Sprinkle over pie.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65
minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
