    3 c. BLM
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 c. dates or raisins
    3/4 c. nuts

    Recipe



    preheat oven at 350 degrees.
    Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Combine Bisquick or like mix, sugar, juice, flour and egg
    and beat
    vigorously for 1/2 minute.
    Stir in dates or raisins and nuts.
    Makes 1 loaf.
    Cool thoroughly before slicing
