JOSIES OVERNIGHT COFFEE CAKE

Coffee Cake:
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
2 c. Bisquick like mix
1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. salad oil
Topping:
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts or bran flakes
Recipe
Night before combine slightly beaten egg, sugar, milk
and salad oil. Then add Bisquick, stirring only until
combined
(about 25 strokes). Spread evenly in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch
pan. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend in
melted
butter; add nuts or cereal. Mix lightly and sprinkle over
batter. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and refrigerate. In
the morning heat oven to 400 degrees. Remove foil and bake
for 25 to
30 minutes.
