SALMON CHEESE CASSEROLE

2 c. BLM
16 oz. can salmon
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. water
3 oz. sliced mozzarella
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Combine salmon and onion; set aside. Mix BLM and water,
divide in half. Roll out dough to fit 8 inch square pan.
Line pan with dough. Top with salmon and onion and
mozzarella cheese. Cover with dough and sprinkle with
Parmesan cheese. Bake 400 F degrees for 20 minutes. Mix
soup and milk for sauce.
