Streusel-Pudding Coffee Cake

2 cups Bisquick like Mix
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup milk or cold water
1 3 1/4 ounce package instant
pudding and pie filling of
any flavor
streusel topping below


Recipe



Heat oven to 400degrees. Grease square pan, 9 x 9x 2 inche.
Mix all ingredients except streusel Topping: beat
vigorously 30 seconds. Spread in pan: sprinkle with
topping. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes
out clean, 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 8 servings.

Streusel Topping

Cut 2 tablespoon firm margarine or butter into 1/3 cup
Bisquick Baking Mix, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar and 1/2
teaspoon ground cinnamon until crumbly.
