2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 T. oil
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. onion powder
1 cup flour


Recipe



Preheat oven to 425. Combine first five ingredients. Blend in flour
until
smooth. Beat 1 minutes with electric mixer or 3 minutes with rotary
beater. Fill
greased muffin pans half full. Bake 20 minutes and reduce heat to 350.
Bake 25
minutes more or until brown and firm to touch.
