Apple-Cranberry Crisp With Eggnog Sauce

List of Ingredients
2 ( 3.5 - 4 oz ) containers refrigerated vanilla pudding or
1 cup vanilla pudding
1 c eggnog
mix and serve.
some like a tespoon of rum extract.flavoring
Fruit Mixture:
5 c sliced peeled apples
2 c fresh or frozen cranberries
3/4 c sugar
2 T flour
Topping:
2/3 c flour
1 c quick cooking rolled oats
3/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c butter, cut into pieces
Recipe
Place pudding in a med. bowl. Gradually blend eggnog into
pudding. Cover and refrigerate.
Heat oven to 375 F degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all fruit mixture ingredients. Mix
well.
Spread evenly in an ungreased 9 X 13 baking dish.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup. Level off.
In another med. bowl, combine 2/3 c flour, oats, brown sugar
and
cinnamon. Mix well. to make crumbles and sprinke ontop of
fruit mixture bake.
