    1/2 cup Flour
    1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    2 Eggs
    1/2 cup Milk
    2 tbl Oil
    2 tbl Sugar, powdered
    1 1/2 tbl Juice, lemon

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425 F.

    Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.

    Melt butter in heavy 12" skillet in oven.

    Pour batter into skillet.

    Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

    Sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice.

    Bake 3 more minutes.

    Fill with ice cream or fruit, if desired.
