    1 slice of toast
    1/4 C. cottage cheese
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. sugar

    Recipe



    Mix cottage cheese, cinnamon, vanilla and sugar. Spread on toast and
    place under broiler until brown and bubbly.
