List of Ingredients
1 to 2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chiles
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) grated Monterey jack cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs
2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
2 T. flour
Spicy Mexican Salsa *
Recipe
Place diced chiles in bottom of 10x6x2"
baking dish. Layer cheeses over chiles.
Beat eggs, evaporated milk, and flour
together. Pour over cheese. Bake in a
350° oven for 40 min. Let stand 10 min.
before serving. Serve with Spicy Mexican
Salsa. Makes 4 servings.
