Egg Sausage Casserole

List of Ingredients
1-1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup biscuit mix
3 eggs
1 lb grated cheese
1 lb bulk pork sausage, cooked
(put on paper towels
to drain excess grease)
Recipe
Mix first three ingredients.
Set aside.
Cook sausage.
Drain off fat.
Put on bottom of a casserole dish.
Grate cheese over it.
Pour egg milk mixture over sausage and cheese.
Bake at 350-400F for 45 minutes to 1 hour,
until liquid is gone.
