    List of Ingredients




    2 cups bread, finely crumbled (not fresh is best!)
    1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    ½ cup onion, chopped
    1 cup mushrooms (optional)
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1 pound bulk pork sausage
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 cups milk
    1 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Brown sausage meat & drain.

    Beat eggs - use a large bowl. Mix in milk, salt & dry mustard.
    Mix in bread crumbs, cheese, onion, sausage & mushrooms.
    Pour into greased 8"x8" baking dish. Can be refrigerated overnight.

    Bake @ 350F for 40-45 minutes or until lightly browned & firm.

    Serves 6.
