    2 cans cresent rolls
    1 small stick of sausage
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. hashbrowns
    8 eggs
    1 can rotel
    1 pkg. shredded cheese

    Recipe



    layer bottom of pan with 1 can rolls. cook/drain meat. cook
    hashbrowns.
    scramble eggs, mix all the above with cream cheese and rotel, pour
    over rolls, sprinkle cheese on top, cover with other can of rolls.
    cook in oven 350* until rolls are done.
