    8 ounces pork sausage
    ¼ cup all purpose-flour
    2 and 1/3 cups sweet milk
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ½ teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Brown 8 ounces of pork sausage in a large skillet over medium heat,
    stirring until it crumbles. Remove sausage and drain while reserving a
    tablespoon of the drippings in the skillet. Now, shake ¼ cup
    all-purpose
    flour into the hot drippings, scraping and stirring constantly for
    about
    a minute. Gradually stir in 2 and 1/3 cups milk. Continue to cook five
    to seven minutes or until it thickens. Add sausage back to the gravy
    and
    stir in salt and pepper. Serve over buttermilk biscuits or grits.
    You're
