Aunt Jean's Chocolate Pie

Recipe Introduction
As this thickens it will start to look lumpy but it will smooth out as
it
gets thicker....I usually double this recipe to make 2 pies at a
time...it
seems to thicken quicker and better for some reason....
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 c sugar
1/1/2 c milk (whole milk)
1/3 c cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp flour
3 eggs
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 9 in unbaked pie shell
Recipe
Mix sugar, cocoa, flour and salt. Add 1/2 c milk to well beaten egg
yolks.
Then blend into dry ingredients. Stir until all lumps are dissolved.
Add
remaining milk and mix. Bring to a boil stirring constantly then cook
over
med low heat until desired thickness. Add vanilla and butter. Set
aside
until crust is ready.
Cook crust according to crust directions.
Pour into baked crust.
