    List of Ingredients




    3 cups flour
    1 t. cinnamon
    1 t. soda
    1 t. salt
    2 cups sugar
    1 1/4 cup cooking oil
    1 can crushed pineapple with juice (8 oz)
    1 1/2 t. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 cups diced ripe bananas
    1 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Sift together into a large mixing bowl the flour, cinnamon, soda, salt,
    and
    sugar, then add the cooking oil, pineapple, vanilla, eggs, bananas, and
    pecans.
    Mix all together but do not beat. Pour into 9" greased Bundt or tube
    pan.
    Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool before removing from the
    pan.
