    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
    1 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese (4 oz.)
    1 med. onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
    2 T. all purpose flour
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 t. dry mustard
    1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe



    Mix cheese, onion and flour. Spread in
    greased 10x1 1/2" pie plate or 9" quiche
    dish. Beat eggs slightly; beat in milk,
    salt, mustard and Worcestershire
    sauce. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake
    in 350° oven until set, 35 to 40 min.
    Let stand 10 min. Makes 8 servings.
