Cocoa Cream Pie

1/3 cup cocoa
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/3 cup cornstarch
3 cups milk
3 T. butter or margarine
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1 9" baked pie shell

Recipe
Combine cocoa, sugar, salt, and cornstarch in medium pan. Gradually
blend
milk and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth. Cook, over medium
heat, stirring
constantly until filling boils, 1 minute. Remove from heat; blend in
butter
and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Carefully press plastic wrap onto pie
filling. Cool. Chill 3 or 4 hours or overnight. When ready to serve,
remove film and
garnish with Cool Whip.
