    Beat together 2 ozs Cream Cheese, and 4 Tbsp Butter until light and
    fluffy. Add 2 1/2 c Powdered Sugar alternating with 2 tsp Lemon juice.
    Frost a cooled cake and then sprinkle on 3/4 c Chopped Walnuts.
