    List of Ingredients




    3 cups flour
    1-1/4 cups shortening
    1 egg
    1-1/2 teaspoon salt
    5 Tablespoons cold water
    1 teaspoon white vinegar

    Recipe



    Sift together flour and salt. Cut in the shortening.
    Beat the egg together with water and vinegar. Sprinkle over dry
    ingredients and mix together with a fork. Let stand for 10 inutes.
    Roll out. Makes 3 9-inch pie crusts.
