3 eggs
6 Tablespoonful of flour
6 Tablespoonful of sugar
salt - just a pinch
4 Tablespoonful of vanilla essence
Recipe
- for the first we separate the
eggs...into yolk and whites.
- beat the eggs whites with sugar until they
become a heavy foam.
- and then mix in the foam, yolks, flour and
vanilla essence.
- then bake on a piece of floured parchment
paper for 8 min but the oven must be hot, VERY
hot before we put the griddle into it.
- After it is brown on one side, turn over onto
another piece of floured parchment paper.
- peel off the first piece of parchment, then roll
it up and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- unroll the cake & then spread it with whipped cream
or jam and roll back up with fruits or jam ..if u
want, then put in refrigerator/
Serve with whipped or sour cream, and more jam, if desired.
