Recipe Introduction
Many people are constant lok out for master cake mix
recipes. You can make your own using your favorite cake mix
recipe. I love a chocolate mayo cake. I will give you the
recipe at the end of this post. When you make a master mix
you mix a large quanity of ingredients you have measured and
mixed. Then when you go to use it you measure out a small
amount for one use. Save time and decide how many times you
would like to make that particular cake in a given time.
Example: I like to make the mayo cake once a month. Here is
what I do . Line up 6 -12 plastic freezer bags and in each
one in put the ingredients as called for in the recipe:

Mayonnaise Cake
List of Ingredients
in each bag goes:
2 cups flour
4 tablespoon cocoa powder pinch of salt
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoons baking soda
Recipe
I use a small whisk and stir each a few times to mix
ingredients. Label and store for use. I freeze all that I am
not using in a month, this is to keep out the wild mill moth
, that is rampant here in Lane County Oregon.
You do not need to freeze these.
When ready to use I take out a pack and mix ingredients in
mixer bowl. Add 1 cup of milk and 1 teaspoon real vanilla
extract, gradually. Fold in 1 cup of mayonnaise or salad
dressing. pour ingredients into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake for
30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
