    3/4 c. cold butter
    l pkg. yellow cake mix
    2 egg yolks
    2 c. sour cream
    l can (29 oz) sliced peaches, drained
    l/2 tsp. cinnamon
    l carton (8 oz) frozen topping, thawed

    Recipe



    In a bowl cut butter into dry cake mix until mixture is crumbly. Put
    into a greased l3. x 9 baking pan. In another bowl, beat egg yolks;
    add the sour cream and mix well. Set aside 6 - 8 peach slices for
    garnish. Cut remaining peaches into l inch pieces. Stir into sour
    cream mixture. Spread over crust; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at
    350 for 25 - 30 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Cool on wire
    rack. Spread with whipped topping and garnish with reserved peaches.
