Peanut Butter Crumb Cake

List of Ingredients




3 cups packed brown sugar
3-3/4 cups sifted flour
3/4 cup peanut butter
1-1/2 cup sour milk
1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 teaspoon baking soda plus 1 teaspoon water


Recipe



Mix together flour, brown sugar and salt. Mix in butter and peanut
butter until the texture resembles corn meal. Take out 1 cup crumbs.
To the rest, add milk, eggs, soda that has been dissolved in water
and vanilla. Beat together and pour into a greased 18x12-inch pan.
Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
