Plain Pound Cake

2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
Recipe
Beat butter, shortening, cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add
eggs, one at a time. Sift flour and baking powder. Alternately add
milk and flour to creamed mixture. Add lemon, vanilla and rum
extracts. Beat to blend. Spoon mixture into a greased bundt pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes.
