Sugarless Apple Pie

List of Ingredients




Prepare bottom crust in 9" pie pan.
Mix:

6 c Apples, sliced unpeeled

½ c Apple juice, concentrate



In separate bowl, combine:

2 T Flour, white or Minute Tapioca

¼ tsp. Cinnamon

½ tsp. Coriander

¼ tsp. Salt



Recipe



Add the flour to the apple mixture and lightly toss with a fork.



Place in prepared pie dish. Cover with top crust and vent. Bake 1 hour at 375°.
