Tart Pastry Dough

1 C. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
6 T. margarine
1 egg yolk
2 T. water
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Mix together flour, salt. Cut in margarine until "small peas" form,
then
add egg yolk mixed with water. Shape dough into a ball. Press dough
into
a pie plate by pulling pieces of dough from ball and using palms of
hands to spread into pie plate to form crust.
Bake 6 minutes.
This dough also works well for making Quiche.
