    CAKE:
    a.. 2 cups all-purpose flour
    b.. 2 cups granulated sugar
    c.. 2 sticks margarine
    d.. 1 cup water
    e.. 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
    f.. 1 teaspoon baking soda
    g.. 1 teaspoon vanilla
    h.. 1/2 cup buttermilk
    i.. 2 large eggs
    FROSTING:
    a.. 1 stick margarine
    b.. 1 box powdered sugar
    c.. 6 tablespoons milk
    d.. 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
    e.. 1 teaspoon vanilla
    f.. 1 cup walnuts

    Recipe



    CAKE:
    1.. Combine sugar and flour. Set aside.
    2.. Combine margarine, water and cocoa in saucepan. Bring to
    boil. Pour over flour/sugar mixture. Mix by hand.
    3.. Add soda, vanilla, buttermilk and eggs. Mix well and pour
    into 11 x 16 pan.
    4.. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Watch for sides to pull
    away from pan.
    FROSTING: (make during last 5 min. of bake time)
    1.. Combine milk, cocoa and margarine in saucepan. Bring to
    boil, stirring frequently.
    2.. Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Beat until
    blended.
    3.. Pour over cake.
