make a whipped cream for icing cakes by adding 1 packet KNOX
unflavored gelatin to 1 16 oz carton of whipping cream (heavy) 1 tblps.
vanilla and confectioners sugar to taste. Whipped till soft peaks.
Ice layer cakes and sheet cakes as usual. Also holds up better in
cream puffs! No seperation or "wet" cake.Recipe
