This tastes like Nut Goodie bars
List of Ingredients
First layer:
One 12-oz. pkg. chocolate chips
One 12-oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
1 square unsweetened chocolate
2 cups peanut butter
Second layer:
1/4 cup dry vanilla pudding (not instant)
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 teaspoon maple or vanilla flavoring
Third layer:
1 lb. Spanish peanuts
Recipe
For first layer, melt together chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and
unsweetened chocolate. After melted, add peanut butter. Pour half into
11x17 pan. Mix the remaining half with the Spanish peanuts (this will
be the third layer).
While the chips and chocolate square are melting, mix and boil for 1
minute the pudding, butter and evaporated milk. Cool a little; add the
powdered sugar and maple flavoring. Pour this over the first layer.
Put the chocolate/butterscotch/peanut mixture on top to make the third
layer. Cover and cool.
