1 box Powdered Sugar
1/4 tsp Peppermint oil
1 (3 oz) pkg Cream Cheese
Food Color



Recipe



Cream the cheese, add the powdered sgar. Add oil of peppermint and food
color. Press into mint molds, or roll on powdered sugar and cut with
shapped cutters. or shape with fingers.

These also make nice centers for chocolate.
